We provide baby cots, changing mat and nappy bucket free of charge, please contact us if required.

You can pay your hotel bill on the day of departure. In addition to cash, we also accept EC cards and credit cards (Visa and Master Card).

Hang the designated sign on the outside door if the room is not to be cleaned yet or you do not want to be disturbed.

Alternatively, you can also dispense with the cleaning service. To do so, hang the donation sign, which you will find on your cloakroom, on the outside of your room door by 08:00 in the morning and donate € 4,- for every cleaning you save to a good cause that changes every year!

Stamps are available at the reception.

You can borrow an ironing board and iron at the reception. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the guest house on the ground floor.

If you need assistance with ironing – please contact us. We offer an ironing service in the house for a fee.

Should restrictions such as mask, testing or vaccination requirements apply to our guests, we will communicate these both online and in the hotel. We are happy to answer any questions you may have at reception.

In the app you will find practical information on arrival and departure as well as on your stay with us in Amerang. In addition, further offers such as our digital newspaper offer, which they can use free of charge in the app.

For fire protection and energy reasons, please unplug any electrical devices you bring yourself as soon as you leave the room.

A first aid kit is located at the reception and additionally on each floor in the rooms marked by a white cross on a green background. In case of a withdrawal, please inform the reception. Thank you very much.

A charging station for electric vehicles is available in front of our house for a fee. We kindly ask you to park the vehicles in the designated parking spaces again after the charging process to ensure that other guests can also use the charging points.

You will find our bicycle garage by the wooden gates by the stream on the far left.

We work together with Fahrradwelt Huber in Wasserburg am Inn. The rented bicycles and/or e-bikes will be delivered to and collected from our hotel. So you can set off on your bike tour right from the hotel.

The automatic fire alarm system will inform you via an acoustic signal. You will find information about escape routes on the inside of the entrance door in your room as well as in the corridors. In the event of an alarm, please leave the building immediately and refrain from taking your luggage with you. Room doors must be closed after leaving the room.

Dogs are welcome in our hotel.

Please always hang the door sign received for this purpose on the outside of the door when your dog is alone in the room. Please note that your flat will not be cleaned during this time. We are happy to provide a dog blanket and dog bowl in the room. Every dog owner contributes to a harmonious coexistence on their own responsibility.
Dogs are allowed in the garden with a leash. However, we ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining and buffet areas of the building.

A small selection of e.g. toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, cotton pads, etc. is available at the reception.

We will be happy to provide you with information about massage and cosmetic providers in Amerang and the surrounding area at the reception.

In the spirit of mutual respect, we ask you to observe the night’s rest from 10.00 p.m. and to be considerate of sleeping guests when returning home late.

We can provide you with small sewing utensils at the reception.

The Hotel-DAS STEIN is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area and on the balconies, please use the ashtrays provided. Smoking in the rooms, even from the open window, is not permitted!

In the event of non-observance, we reserve the right to charge a fee for increased cleaning effort and any damage caused, as well as the use of our domiciliary rights.

Please observe the information on escape routes in the corridors and keep them clear at all costs.

From Obinger Straße you will come to our parking spaces (please follow the signs) and from there you can reach the reception via the garden.

You can leave your letters and postcards at the reception. These are taken to the post office daily.
However, we would also like to point out that we have a very special post office here in Amerang. It is located at Halfinger Str. 2 at the Holzwurmdratzer. Let yourself be surprised.

You can also receive radio programmes via the TV in your room.

If you need an umbrella, please contact the reception. The next guests will be pleased when the umbrellas are returned. Thank you!

The reception is staffed daily from 07:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.. Your wishes & suggestions are welcome during this time. Outside these hours we can always be reached on +49 (0)8075/211.

There is a safe in your room. You can deposit your valuables there. For larger items, the reception safe is at your disposal.

We would like to point out that we cannot accept liability for your valuables either in the rooms or in the reception safe.

Please feel free to contact our reception.

You can forgo your room cleaning and donate the amount of € 4,- per saved cleaning to a charity that changes every year. Simply hang the donation sign on the outside of your room door by 08:00 in the morning. Our hotel then donates the collected amount once or several times a year.

This way, the environment is protected due to the saved cleaning and washing efforts and at the same time a good cause is supported by your overnight stay.

The following cancellation conditions apply to your stay with us at the hotel:

• Cancellation up to 72 hours before the earliest check-in time: Free cancellation
• Cancellation from 72 hours to 48 hours before the earliest check-in time: 50% of the agreed booking price will be due.
• Cancellation 48 hours or more before the earliest check-in time: 90% of the agreed booking price is due.

Day and hour tickets for the Chiemgautherme in Bad Endorf can be purchased at reception.

You can use WiFi free of charge throughout the hotel.
The network is called: THE STONE, connect to it and confirm the terms of use on the website that opens automatically. LAN connection cables can be borrowed at the reception.

We are happy to clean your room daily, except Sundays. Bed linen change min. once a week or on request. Feel free to contact us.

You are welcome to leave your key at reception during the day. Please do not forget to return your key to reception on the day of departure.
